Founded in 1996, Hubbell Realty Services, Inc. provides the most comprehensive real estate appraisal and consulting services in the Hudson Valley. The firm's principal, R. Peters Hubbell, Jr., MAI, brings over 25 years of appraisal experience.

Hubbell Realty Services, Inc. offers appraisal, consulting and review work on all commercial and residential property types.
We specialize in commercial valuation, new and proposed construction, land conservation easements and tax certiorari work.
In addition, we have done extensive appraisals on properties such as land along the Hudson River waterfront, forest lands, agriculture and agri-business, ROW easements, industrial properties, impact from environmental hazard, eminent domain, and all residential property types. We have also acted as consultants on various projects such as the impact of wireless communication towers on neighboring properties, allocation for accounting purposes of depreciable improvements, feasibility studies and as review appraisers.
Our primary area of coverage includes the Mid-Hudson Counties of Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, Columbia, Putnam, Westchester & Rockland. In addition, we have considerable experience in appraising a wide variety of properties throughout eastern New York State.
